SometimesI feel sad.

有时候，我好难过。

I feel sad when someone won't let me play.

我好难过，当有人不让我和他一起玩的时候，

or when I really want to tell about something 

当我真的有话要说，

and nobody listens.

却没人愿意听的时候。

When someone else is sad,

别人难过的时候，

I feel sad, too.

我也会感到难过。

I feel sad 

我好难过，

when I want to be with somebody,

当我想和某人在一起，

but he's not there.

而他却不在这儿的时候。

If something bad happens,

如果有什么坏事情发生，

 I feel sad.

我会难过。

When I can't have something Ireally, really want, 

当我不能拥有那些我很想、很想要的东西时，

or when I lose something special,

或者丢了某些特别重要的东西时，

I feel sad.

我好难过。

When someone is cross with me,

当有人冲我发火时，

 I feel sad.

我好难过。

and I feel sad when I get hurt.

受伤的时候，我也会难过。

Sad is a cloudy, tired feeling.

难过是一种灰灰的、累累的感觉。

Nothing seems fun when I feel sad.

难过的时候什么事情看上去都没意思。

I don't like feeling sad!

我不喜欢难过的感觉，

I want sadness to go away.

我希望这种感觉赶快消失！

But everyone feels sad sometimes.

但是，每个人都有难过的时候。

When I feel sad, 

难过的时候，

there are ways to feel better.

其实有法子可以好过一些，

I can tell someone I'm sad.

如告诉别人我很难过。

"That's OK," they say, and sitclothes to me.

他们会坐在我身边说：“没关系。”

It feels good to be close to someone whenI'm sad.

在我伤心的时候，有人能在我身边，这种感觉很好。

It's all right to show I'm sad.

告诉别人我很难过，并没有什么不好意思。

It's all right to cry.

即使是哭出声来，也没有关系。

After a while, I'm done crying.

过不了多久，我就不哭了。

But I might still want to talk about whatmade me sad.

但我还是想说说那些让我难过的事。

Pretty soon I start to feel better.

很快我就感到好过些了。

I want to go to the park and swing on theswings.

我想去公园荡秋千。

I want to make something.

And play with my friends.

我还想和我的朋友在一起玩。

The sad feeling goes away, and I feelgood again.

难过的感觉不见了，我又快乐起来了。

When I feel sad,

 I know I won't stay sad.

我知道我不会一直这样。
