Willy wouldn't hurt a fly.

Willy会不忍心踩死一只蚂蚁（不会去伤害一只苍蝇）

Willy worried about stepping on tiny insects every time he went for a walk.When someone knocked into him,he always said,"oh,I'm sorry!"

Willy每次出门散步都会担心踩到小蚂蚁。当有人撞到他时，他会第一个认错，‘哦，对不起’。

Even when it wasn't his fault.

即使不是他的错。

Sometimeswhen he was out walking,the suburban gorilla gang bullied him,"Oh,I'msorry!" said Willy when they hit him.

有时候他外出散步时，会被街头小混混欺负，当他们欺负Willy的时候，Willy也会说“哦，对不起！”

The suburban gorrila call him Willy The Wimp.

他们都喊他胆小鬼Willy。

Oneevening when Willy was reading his comic,he saw....

一天晚上，Willy在看漫画的时候，看到一个健身的广告。

That sounds just the thing for me,thought Willy,So he sent some money to the addressin the advertisement.

感觉健身特别适合他，所以他就邮寄了些钱给登广告的地址。

He rushed to the door every morning to catch the postman."Oh,I'msorry!"said WIlly when the postman brought nothing for him.

他每天期待去看看他的快递到了没，即使没到他也会对快递小哥说，“哦，对不起”

But one day a package arrived......

最后他的快递终于到了

Thiswas it! Willy opened it excitedly.Inside was a book:it told WIlly what to do..

就是这个了，他迫不及待地打开包裹。里面有一本树，这本书教他怎样变的强壮。

First some exercises.

首先呢，锻炼身体。

Then some jogging.Willy had to go on a special diet.

然后坚持跑步，他还必须养成一个好的饮食习惯。

He went to aerobics classes where everybody danced to disco music.Willy felt a bit silly.

他还参加了有氧运动课，在哪里大家跟着的士高跳舞，Willy感觉自己跳的有点傻。

He learned how to box.

他学会了拳击。

And he went to a body-building club.

他也去了一家健美俱乐部。

Willy took up weight lifting,and gradually over weeks and months Willy gotbigger...and bigger...and bigger...AND BIGGER!

Willy开始了举重，慢慢地一周一周，一月一月过去了，Willy的身板变的越来越大了。

Willy looked in the mirror,he liked what he saw.

他看了镜中的自己，非常满意。

So when Willy walked down the street and Saw the suburban gorilla attacking Millie...

有一天Willy在街上走的时候，看到了那群小混混在欺负Millie。

They ran

(那群小混混看到Willy后）都吓跑了

‘Oh...Willy’,said Millie.

Millie感激地说，“哦，Willy”

'what,Millie?'said Willy.

Willy说；“怎么了，Millie”

"you'remy hero,Willy,' said Millie.

“你是我的英雄，Willy”Millie说。

'Oh...Millie,'said WIlly.

“哦，Millie”’他们抱在了一起

Willy was proud. 'I'm not a wimp!' A hero . BＡＮＧ！

Willy感到很骄傲，我是一个英雄，不再是个胆小鬼了。

bang！

撞到电线杆子了。

'Oh,I'msorry!'said Willy
